This notice is provided by ATX Demir Çelik İnşaat Taşımacılık Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Forja Demir Çelik”), as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity: first and last name.
- Contact: phone number, email address.
- Customer transaction: company name, requested product, quantity, message content, request date.
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, access logs.
- Marketing: only data related to your cookie choices, and only with your explicit consent.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving and evaluating your quote, information and contact requests and responding to you,
- Carrying out sales, contract and shipment processes,
- Ensuring website security and improving service quality,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities,
- Establishing, exercising and protecting rights in potential disputes.
4. Legal Grounds and Collection Method
Your personal data is collected electronically through website forms, email, phone and cookies, and processed under KVKK Article 5/2 on the grounds of (c) establishing or performing a contract, (ç) compliance with legal obligations, (e) establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and (f) our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Non-essential cookies and marketing activities rely solely on your explicit consent under Article 5/1.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with our hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel Inc., Neon Inc. and, only with your consent, Google LLC for analytics — servers may be located abroad), logistics companies, business partners, legal and financial advisors, and competent public authorities upon request. International transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and related legislation.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 2 years at the latest.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under Article 7; request notification of these actions to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. Applications
You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, to Bağlıca Mah. 1229 Sk. Mimoza Plaza No:3/5, Etimesgut / Ankara, or through a notary public. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
